- Platform Requirements.
- SharePoint and OneDrive Online Administration (4-6 years experience).
- Teams Administration (4-6 years experience).
- Micro Administration and Support (2-4 years).
- SmartSheets Administration and Support (2-4 years).
- Box.GXP Administration and Support (2-4 years).
- Project Online Administration and Support (2-4 years).
- Loop Workspace Administration and Support (2-4 years).
- Planner Administration and Support (2-4 years).
- Viva Engage Administration and Support (2-4 years).
- ServiceNow ITSM Experience.
- ShareGate Migration Experience (2-4 years).
- Office 365 Admin Experience - message center audit logs e-discovery sentinel (4-6 years).
- Understanding of differences between licenses (e3 f3 etc).
- Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- System configuration and optimization.
- Implementing new features and updates.
- Performing root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Coordinating with vendors for complex issues.
