Job Title: Cloud Engineer

Experience: 4+ Years

Mode of Hire : Fulltime

Required Skills:

• Lead and execute mass migration of physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux) from on-premises data centers to Azure.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud architectures.
• Design and implement end-to-end data solutions (storage,integration, processing,visualization) in Azure.
• Assess existing on-premises infrastructure and applications to determine cloud readiness.
• Develop migration plans and strategies based on business requirements.
• Design and implement migration strategies for moving workloads, servers, databases, and applications to Azure.
• Perform cloud migrations using tools such as Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery,Azure ARC, Azure Database Migration Service, and others.
• Create and manage migration waves, dependency mapping, scheduling, cutover plans, and rollback strategies.
• Configure and optimize Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Networking (VNETs, NSGs, VPNs), Azure AD,DNS and Monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with enterprise architect,cross-functional teams including network engineers, developers, and security teams to ensure smooth migration and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS.
• Strong experience with Windows and Linux server environments.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Python,PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM templates and Terraform.
• Experience with VMware Cloud Administration.
• Experience in all the SKU's for virtual macines and tiers for storage accounts.
• Troubleshoot complex migration issues and implement remediation plans efficiently.
• Maintain detailed documentation of migration processes, architectures, and standards.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
