About The Team

Our team consists of skilled and experienced professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality work in cloud migration, DevOps, FinOps, datacenter migrations, AD migration and Infrastructure security across multi-cloud.

Role: As an Intune Modern Workplace Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and management of modern workplace technologies. Your expertise in Microsoft Intune and related tools will ensure seamless device management, robust security, and enhanced productivity for clients or internal teams. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, you will design, implement, and maintain innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the modern workplace.

Desired Candidate Profile

• • Administer and manage SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, and content lifecycle.
  • Monitor and maintain health of SharePoint Online services, ensuring uptime and performance.
  • Handle service requests, incidents, and problem tickets related to SharePoint Online and other M365 services.
  • Implement governance policies, compliance configurations, and security controls across SharePoint Online.
  • Support integration of SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 services like Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
  • Perform routine audits and reporting on usage, access, and storage.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and architectures.
  • Assist in other Microsoft stack related to Exchange, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Understanding of Zero Trust security models and their application within modern workplace solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud performance, cost, and security.
  • Stay up to date with the latest cloud services, features, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow and the ITIL Service Management Framework.
    

We Are Looking For Cloud Engineer II With

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in cloud engineering and consulting, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: MS-101, MS-700 or equivalent.
