About The Role

As a Cloud Engineer III, you will be responsible for the administration and management of customer’s AVD environment. We will count on you to configure and manage the AVD golden images. Along the way, you will get to:

• Configure and manage scaling of the AVD environment.
• Exhibit knowledge of networking and storage concepts that underpin the AVD environments.
• Implement improvement actions for the AVD system configuration.
• Manage AVD related group policies.
• Exhibit good knowledge and understanding of user profiles (FSLogix) solutions.
• Be responsible for the administration and management of Remote Application hosted and MSIX in AVD environments.
• Perform, validate and prepare reports of regular patching of the AVD environments.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology updates in AVD service and Azure cloud environments.
• Perform and validate the user acceptance tests for customer’s AVD environment.

• University Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related area preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Azure Cloud.
• 2+ years of Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience in drafting end user documentation and SOPs following industry standards.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop Solution.
• Embrace challenges, discomfort, and open to continuous learning.
• Exhibit team working/player spirit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of ITIL process and industry best practices.
• Relevant certifications, such as the Microsoft Certified: AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-140
