Your Role
The Cloud Security Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the security architecture for our cloud environments. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud security principles, technologies, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud security architecture, with a proven track record of securing cloud-based systems and applications.

Your Role
The Cloud Security Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the security architecture for our cloud environments. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud security principles, technologies, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud security architecture, with a proven track record of securing cloud-based systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implementation: Develop and implement security architecture for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and weaknesses.
- Security Policies: Create and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures for cloud environments.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Incident Response: Develop and manage incident response plans for cloud security breaches.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, DevOps, and development teams to integrate security into the cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Implement and manage security monitoring tools and systems to detect and respond to security incidents.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest cloud security trends and technologies and continuously improve the security posture of the organization.

- Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience: 9-12 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 3-4 years specifically in a Cloud Security Architect role.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Security Specialty or Azure Security Engineer Associate.
- Deep understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with security tools and technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, etc.).
- Knowledge of network security, encryption, identity and access management (IAM), and secure software development practices.
