Role Description
We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Technology Services team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for scaling, securing, and optimizing global cloud-native developer platforms and DevSecOps toolchains. This position is ideal for a skilled engineer who enjoys automation, infrastructure reliability, and enabling development teams through robust, secure platform capabilities.

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Technology Services team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for scaling, securing, and optimizing global cloud-native developer platforms and DevSecOps toolchains. This position is ideal for a skilled engineer who enjoys automation, infrastructure reliability, and enabling development teams through robust, secure platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineer, manage, and support a suite of tools including:
- HashiCorp Vault, Terraform, Cloud Platform
- GitHub Enterprise Cloud (Actions, Advanced Security, Copilot)
- Ansible Automation Platform, Env0, Docker Desktop
- Elastic Cloud, Cloudflare, Datadog, PagerDuty, SendGrid, Teleport
- Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
- Implement security features such as dynamic secrets management, secrets scanning, and access quotas.
- Automate self-service adoption, access provisioning, and compliance monitoring.
- Respond to user support requests via ServiceNow and continuously improve platform documentation and onboarding workflows.
- Participate in Agile sprints, planning sessions, and cross-team technical initiatives.
- Contribute to evaluation and onboarding of new developer tools (e.g., artifact storage, secure remote access).
- GitHub secrets scanning and remediation integrated with Vault
- Lifecycle management of developer access across tools like GitHub and Teleport
- Upgrades to container orchestration environments and automation platforms (e.g., EKS, AKS)
- Proficiency with Terraform (IaC) and Ansible
- Strong scripting ability in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Experience in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and security tooling
- Exposure to or experience with:
- CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions)
- Monitoring and incident management (Datadog, PagerDuty)
- Identity providers (Azure AD, Okta)
- Containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Secrets management platforms (e.g., Vault)
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
- Comfort operating in fast-paced and complex environments
- Balance short-term support needs with long-term automation goals
- Detail-oriented with a structured and reliable approach to problem-solving
- Service-driven mindset with a focus on enabling secure and scalable development
