What you’ll do

• Design and deliver performance and scalability tests for stakeholders
• Do a detailed RCA and identify the bottle neck for any performance issue – at the code level wherever possible
• Very good experience in building reports/summaries with clear detailing of performance challenges and next steps
• Identify different ways to simplify the over performance test process and automate them
• Work closely with other internal teams, such as product management, development, and end-users to ensure product success.
• Customer first attitude – ready to work on mitigating any customer/stakeholder issues

What you bring

• 3 – 7 years of prior experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Handson experience in performance and scalability tests. Good knowledge in any of the load generating tools
• Working knowledge on Cloud based Applications
• Scripting/Coding knowledge (any language – preferably python/nodejs)
• Very good logical mindset to detailed root cause analysis
• Knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker will be preferred
• Open to learn, adapt and contribute to Open Source technologies (Cloud Native)
