Job Title: Cloud Platform Architect

Location: Kochi / Bangalore

Department: Cloud Solutions / IT Architecture

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Platform Architecture

- Define SNM Cloud reference architecture, landing zone, and governance model

- Decide baseline catalog: compute, network, security, storage, observability, IAM

- Architect for multi-tenancy, high availability, and global scalability

- Establish zero-trust security, compliance, operational resilience and FinOps

models

Engineering & Productization

- Convert strategy into platform capabilities built by engineering teams

- Drive choices on open source vs hyperscaler services vs build IP

- Create reusable blueprints, automation frameworks, and infrastructure

accelerators

- Establish platform roadmap: features, SLAs, roadmap releases

Enterprise Trust & Delivery Confidence

- Define what we can commit to for large enterprises and regulated sectors

- Act as final authority for platform feasibility, risk decisions, and scalability

- Secure platform certifications (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, industry

compliance)

Internal Leadership & Knowledge

- Mentor cloud and platform engineers; build deep technical culture

- Collaborate with Cybersecurity Practice to ensure secure-by-design

- Influence GTM by translating platform architecture into differentiated offerings

Eligibility Requirements

- 15+ years in cloud engineering and enterprise architecture

- Experience designing and deploying cloud platforms, not just solutions

- Deep expertise across: Compute, network, storage, identity

- Kubernetes & container platforms (EKS/AKS/GKE or OpenShift)

- DevSecOps automation + GitOps

- Service mesh, multi-region architecture, edge connectivity

- Strong command of hybrid + multi-cloud models (AWS / Azure / VMware /

OpenStack)

- Demonstrated ability to build IP, service catalogs and secure landing zones

- Hands-on + strategic: can define architecture and guide implementation
