You will be responsible for programing a component, feature and or feature set. Works independently and contributes to the immediate team and to other teams across business. You will also contribute to design discussions.
As a Cloud Platform DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Building Enterprise Cloud infrastructure automation solutions to support the Cloud strategy
- Developing, improving, deploying, and supporting Cloud services with a focus on landing zone and add-on code pipelines
- Working on a collaborative team in an Agile / DevOps environment
- The ideal individual is relentlessly technical, passionate for automating everything
- Delivering amazing customer experiences while following security guidelines to develop secure and compliant Cloud services working with Risk and Security teams
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). A minimum 6 years of professional experience.
- Have strong AWS & Azure knowledge along with hands-on experience.
- Have an experience with either Cloud Formation or Terraform or Bicep/Arm
- Have an experience working with GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Have programming experience – Python required; Powershell or other scripting also preferred
- Have an experience developing solutions using infrastructure orchestration tools (SSM, automation account, ansible, etc.)
- Have a knowledge of IP networking including VPC’s / VNet’s, DNS, load-balancing, and firewalls
