Summary: As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the architecture's viability, security, and performance while creating proof of concepts to validate your designs. You will engage in hands-on development and troubleshooting, ensuring that the deployed solutions meet the required standards and specifications. Additionally, you will be involved in continuous improvement efforts, optimizing existing systems and processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed solutions, making necessary adjustments. - Assist junior professionals in their development and understanding of cloud technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Service Cloud Field Service Management. - Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies. - Experience with integration of cloud services with on-premises systems. - Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Service Cloud Field Service Management. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
