Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing cloud-based application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes building and testing these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer deploys infrastructure and platform environments and creates proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of the proposed designs. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with business needs is also a key part of the daily activities, ensuring smooth deployment and operation of cloud applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud and on-premise systems.
• Monitor and optimize cloud application performance and security post-deployment.
• Document architecture designs and deployment processes to support knowledge sharing.
• Assist junior team members in understanding cloud platform concepts and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
• Strong understanding of application integration between cloud and non-cloud environments.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies for cloud solutions including performance and security testing.
• Ability to create and validate proof of architecture models to assess solution viability.
• Knowledge of platform environment setup and configuration.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
