Overview
Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Cloud RDP & Infrastructure Engineer to architect, build, and maintain a secure remote-desktop platform for managing hundreds of marketplace seller accounts without exposing credentials or risking automated detection. You will deploy Windows RDP hosts, integrate dedicated residential proxies, configure isolated browser environments, and implement continuous IP-verification and monitoring. This role requires deep expertise in Windows RDS, networking, proxy/VPN management, DevOps automation, and security tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Remote Desktop Services
- Design and operate Windows RDS environments (Session Hosts, Gateway, multi-session hosts).
- Integrate MFA for all RDP access.
- Proxy & Network Configuration
- Configure and manage residential SOCKS5/HTTP proxies on VMs; automate IP assignment and rotation.
- Implement system-wide proxy rules to tunnel all traffic through residential endpoints.
- Isolated Browser Environments
- Install and configure anti-detect browser solutions; create separate profiles with unique fingerprints, time zones, and locales.
- Bind each profile to its own residential proxy.
- Infrastructure as Code & Automation
- Develop Terraform/Ansible or similar scripts and PowerShell/Python tools to provision VMs, networks, and browser profiles.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines for configuration updates and scaling.
- IP Verification & Monitoring
- Integrate IP-intelligence APIs (e.g., MaxMind, IPinfo) to verify ISP type, PTR, and geolocation.
- Deploy monitoring (open-source SIEM or cloud-native) to collect session and proxy logs, triggering alerts on anomalies.
- Documentation & Collaboration
- Maintain runbooks, architecture diagrams, and operational guides.
- Train global operations teams in secure access and profile management.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Windows Server administration, including RDS configuration and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in networking, residential proxy/VPN setup, and proxy automation.
- Hands-on experience with anti-detect browser tools or multi-profile browser setups.
- Strong DevOps skills: Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible), scripting (PowerShell, Python), CI/CD.
- Familiarity with IP-classification services and WHOIS/PTR lookups.
- Experience with log aggregation and alerting (ELK, Splunk, or cloud SIEM).
Preferred Experience
- Prior work supporting large-scale multi-account management on online marketplaces.
- Knowledge of delegated account access models to grant controlled team permissions without sharing credentials.
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or equivalent.
- Background in cybersecurity controls and MFA solutions (e.g., Duo Security)
Skills & Competencies
- Technical troubleshooting across RDP, proxies, and browser isolation.
- Automation mindset for repeatable, scalable deployments.
