Co-founder Full-Stack Developer

Overview

We need a Cofounder: Full-Stack Developer—not an employee, not a freelancer, but someone who wants to build a company shoulder-to-shoulder, starting from the messy early days.

You’ll be the technical backbone of the team: coding the first versions, shaping the product, and helping us turn ideas scribbled on a whiteboard (or napkin) into something real people can use.

This is not a cushy role. It’s an early, high-responsibility, high-ownership spot for someone willing to put in the time, sweat, and creativity to get us off the ground.

What You’ll Do

• Build v0 → v1 → v2 with speed and scrappiness
• Own both frontend + backend decisions and implementation
• Architect clean systems that can scale when the time comes
• Prototype fast, break things fast, learn fast
• Ship features that users can touch, feel, and respond to
• Shape the product vision, roadmap, and technical direction
• Set the early engineering culture (practices, tools, habits)
• Bring clarity and calm to the chaos of early building
• Work closely with the founding team on everything—strategy, product, focus, survival

Technical Strengths
(Any of these are great—no rigid requirements at garage stage.)

• Node.js, Python, Go, or similar backend experience
• React, Next.js, Vue, or similar frontend frameworks
• Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Hands-on with DevOps basics (AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD)
• Comfortable with rapid prototyping and lean building
