We are actively seeking talented and experienced UI Path Developers to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This is an immediate opportunity for individuals who are proficient in UI Path, particularly with strong expertise in SAP automation and RE-Frameworks. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that streamline business operations and drive efficiency for our Responsibilities :

• RPA Solution Development : Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable RPA solutions using UI Path Studio for various business processes.
• SAP Automation Expertise : Lead and execute automation projects specifically involving SAP applications, ensuring seamless integration and efficient process execution.
• Requirements Analysis : Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements, identify automation opportunities, and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Technical Design : Create detailed technical design documents (TDDs) for RPA solutions, outlining logic, flow, and integration points.
• Debugging & Troubleshooting : Conduct thorough debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of developed RPA bots to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Framework Implementation : Proficiently implement and customize solutions using RE-Frameworks (Robotic Enterprise Framework) for scalable and maintainable automations.
• Database Integration : Work with various databases (SQL, NoSQL, etc.) to integrate RPA solutions, performing data manipulation and querying using LINQ queries (Language Integrated Query) or direct database commands.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for all RPA processes, including design documents, process flows, and solution architectures.
• Performance Optimization : Identify areas for improvement in existing automations and optimize bot performance, reliability, and error handling.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and project managers, to ensure successful project Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience as a UI Path Developer.
• Mandatory experience with UI Path for SAP Automation.
• Strong proficiency in working with Databases and writing LINQ Queries.
• Extensive experience in implementing and customizing solutions using RE-Frameworks.
• Solid understanding of RPA best practices, methodologies, and security considerations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and Skills (Bonus Points) :
• UI Path Developer Certification.
• Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
