About The Department
The Investment Compliance team ensures portfolios meet client mandates, regulatory standards, and internal policies. We work closely with portfolio managers, traders, and global teams to safeguard compliance across all investment activities. Joining us means gaining exposure to diverse asset classes, advanced compliance systems, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
How You Will Add Value?
- You will review pre-trade and post-trade compliance checks.
- You will monitor adherence to client, regulatory, and internal investment restrictions.
- You will onboard new clients by interpreting mandates and encoding restrictions.
- You will maintain restricted securities lists and update compliance systems.
- You will perform audits to ensure data integrity and accurate record-keeping.
- You will support client certifications and reporting.
- You will collaborate with traders and portfolio teams to resolve compliance exceptions.
Experience, Education & Certifications
- MBA in Finance or equivalent; 2–5 years in financial services or asset management.
- Knowledge of compliance systems (Charles River, Aladdin) and financial markets.
- Certifications in derivatives, mutual funds, CFA Level 1–2, or FRM Level 1 preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills; macros or automation tools are a plus.
- Understanding of complex securities, ETFs, fixed income, and derivatives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure with attention to detail.
