Overview
Job Summary:
A Computer Hardware Service Engineer is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining desktop computers, laptops, and associated hardware. The role involves field visits, customer interaction, and ensuring efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose hardware and basic software issues in desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and upgrade systems and hardware.
- Replace faulty hardware components (RAM, HDD, SSD, motherboards, etc.).
- Perform chip-level and card-level repairs (if applicable).
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Maintain service records, job sheets, and customer feedback logs.
- Ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Network cable setup, router configuration, and basic networking support (optional).
- Assist in assembling new desktop computers and installing operating systems.
- Explain issues and solutions clearly to non-technical customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
