Overview
Job Description
Skilled in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, design analytical solutions, and deliver impactful recommendations.
Responsibilities
Process supplier onboarding requests and ensure new suppliers meet all requirements including compliance with internal and external regulations (e.g., tax laws, compliance requirements).
Update supplier information based on additional requirements as determined by the business.
Perform regular data validation, auditing, and cleansing to ensure data integrity.
Identify and correct discrepancies in supplier records, including duplications, outdated information, or incomplete data.
Collaboration with Procurement and Supply Chain Teams:
Support cross-functional teams by providing accurate supplier data for sourcing, contracting, and payment processes.
Act as a liaison between the company and suppliers to ensure accurate documentation and smooth communication regarding data-related issues.
Flag and escalate potential risks, such as non-compliant or high-risk suppliers, to the appropriate teams for further action.
Raise opportunities where improvements can be made with in the Global Standard process.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of enhancements when required.
Generate reports on supplier data quality, compliance status, and risk assessments for internal stakeholders.
Provide regular updates to management on the status of supplier data maintenance activities.
Qualifications
Any graduate with 2 to 5 years' experience into Supplier Data Analysis
Mandatory Skills: supplier data analysis, supplier on boarding
