Job Description
Work Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure application robustness.
- Maintain documentation for code and system design.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOP concepts, collections, multithreading, and exception handling.
- Experience with Java 8 or above features such as streams, lambda expressions, and functional interfaces.
- Familiarity with JDBC, Servlets, and basic web technologies.
- Good understanding of design patterns and data structures.
- Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases like MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
