Role: Lead, Oracle CRM Analyst

As a Functional Consultant for Oracle CRM - Service Contracts and Field Service, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite modules.

Key duties

• Gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, conducting SIT/UAT sessions and post go live support.
• Resource should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CRM model.
• Must have experience in Oracle Service Contracts, Field Service, Install Base.
• Technical proficiency in PL/SQL
• Expertise in other oracle modules like order management and inventory
• Strong Communication skills and documentation skills are required to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.
