Crum & Forster Services India (CFSI) is an India subsidiary of Crum & Forster Inc. The objective is to provide digital and IT services to C&F business units by creating autonomous squads focused on a specific product or a business team.

The Position

We are looking for an Automation Tester, the position will be called TA. Must have substantial testing work experience in Selenium / UFT

Key Responsibilities

• Create automated Scripts/suites and report test results to ensure that system functionality satisfies acceptance criteria.
• Designing and implementing framework for specific use case for software programs
• Review Test case and implement as per requirement - Automation Smoke/Sanity workflow
• Do all testing procedures, suggesting performance changes and preparing performance reports for the development managers.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings.
• Effective in arriving at estimates and problem solving skills
• Ability to explore new tools & improve efficiency as part of Automation
• API Testing/Automation
• Ownership of task from Initiation to completion
• Coordinate with multiple Testing teams for Capturing Functional/Regression Automation needs
• Involve in the modification of existing automation frame work in Selenium/UFT.
• Initiate Regression Testing , ensure complete coverage through Automation and execution in Multiple environments.
  
  

What are we looking for?

Must Have Skills

Required Knowledge and Skills :

• 5 + years of experience in Selenium with Java (Mandatory)/ UFT
• Minimum 4 years of Experience in Test Frameworks using CI/CD, Jenkins, PipeLine, Version control with GitHub/Stash.(Mandatory)
• Custom Library development in Selenium /UFT
• Automation testing of APIs
• Ability to code around unrecognized objects and controls in Selenium/UFT
• Ability to develop custom error handling and reporting methods
• Ability to query back end and validate using a high level language such as MS SQL and PL/SQL
• Finding solutions for object Identification issues and error handling issues.
• Experience in SOAP/REST APIs
• Development skills /Experience in Java/JS
  
  

Good To Have Skills

• Working knowledge in Insurance domain
• Experience in Automation with Selenium/UFT on Duck creek/Majesco/ Insurance based applications
