Your role includes analyzing requirements, contributing to the architectural design of applications, and ensuring that the developed software effectively supports business operations. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application features and work towards delivering high-quality, customized software that enhances overall efficiency and user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
• Assist in the documentation and communication of application design and functional specifications.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
• Continuously monitor and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and usability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms within the SAP environment.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to work with SAP HANA database technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP applications.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
