Position Summary

Level: Senior Solution Advisor

As a Senior Solution Advisor at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Work you’ll do:

• Working closely with business, solution engineers, data scientists and full stack team members and leadership to understand business requirements and deliver high quality technical solutions
• Analyzing, implementing user requirements/business needs as new and/or enhanced product functionality
• Identifying key drivers of a problem and proposes technical solutions using analysis, experience, and decision making
• Developing solutions to client problems through application of methods and tools; validating solutions to SME’s.
• Understanding the benefits of using state of the art methods and tools and their application on a particular engagement contributes to continuous development of methods and tools
• Demonstrating accountability and contributions to the successful realization of client goals.
  
  

Cyber Operate teams manage clients' critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes managing the identity lifecycle, security operations, threat intelligence, application security, business transformation, and ensuring continuous compliance.

Qualifications:

Must have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:

• 7-10 years of demonstrated expertise in software development, applying OOP concepts and design patterns, with advanced proficiency in Python and its web frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Led deployment and operational integration of advanced data science and Generative AI solutions as a DevOps and MLOps Engineer.
• Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using AWS (IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, ELB, Auto Scaling, Route 53, EKS, Lambda, VPC, ECS, Fargate, Load Balancer, RedShift, Secret Manager, etc.)
• Designed and implemented robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models using tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, and ArgoCD, automating retraining workflows and supporting continuous AI delivery improvement.
• Applied DevOps, DevSecOps, and GitOps practices, with experience in version control, reproducibility, and governance for data, code, and ML assets.
• Developed and integrated RESTful APIs, microservices, serverless architectures, ensuring web security and compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR and HIPAA.
• Managed and organized relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, and DynamoDB.
• Provisioned, scaled, and managed cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure, including GPU clusters, using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS) across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Deployed and integrated scalable Generative AI and data science models into production and non-production environments, embedding AI-driven APIs and microservices within existing solutions.
• Implemented monitoring solutions with platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, and CloudWatch.
• Translated requirements into scalable deployment architectures, maintained open communication for deployment status and troubleshooting, and ensured operational demands of Generative AI—such as handling non-deterministic outputs, scaling large models, and maintaining security, data integrity, and ethical compliance—were met.
• AWS DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect certification is considered a plus.
• Experience in translating requirements into scalable deployment architectures and maintaining open lines of communication for deployment status and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of networking, SSL, DNS, and web security.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in technical teams, including mentoring and code review.
  
  

• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and vector DBs is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience in architectural decision-making and technical roadmap planning.
• Experience deploying data science solutions in cloud environments.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in (any of) Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields.
