What You’ll Do:

• Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks in our systems and applications.
• Develop and implement security policies and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with IT teams to strengthen cybersecurity measures and implement best practices.
• Monitor security systems for signs of intrusion or breaches and respond to security incidents.
• Advise on the integration of new technologies into company infrastructure from a security perspective.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on cybersecurity awareness and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
• Certifications in one or more of the following:

-Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

-Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

-Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE)

-Project Management Professional (PMP)

-ITIL Foundation

-COBIT5 Foundation

• Strong understanding of network security, encryption technologies, and endpoint security.
• Experience with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Proficiency in security assessment tools and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience working in a remote or international team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a cybersecurity-related field.
• Experience with cloud security, particularly in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure environments.
• Prior experience with incident response or in a SOC (Security Operations Center) environment.
