Cybersecurity Business Analyst

We are looking for a cybersecurity business analyst with strong analytical skills and a passion for data protection. Join our global banking team to play a key role in strengthening our encryption and security posture. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address encryption gaps, implement robust security solutions, and help ensure our systems meet the highest standards of data protection and compliance.

Your tasks

• Conducting a comprehensive analysis of encryption practices across the organization
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate solutions addressing encryption gaps
• Contributing specialized knowledge to develop and enhance encryption tools, policies, and practices
• Collaborating using the Agile framework to deliver solutions effectively and efficiently
• Engaging with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements
• Translating business requirements into technical documentation
• Identifying opportunities to enhance data encryption processes and strengthen security
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in encryption technology, security analysis, and data protection within the financial or technology sectors
• Solid knowledge of encryption algorithms, key management systems, and security protocols
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models and methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, SharePoint, and Power BI
• Expertise in encryption analysis tools and reporting platforms
• Effective communication of complex security data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work across teams and departments
