Key Responsibilities:

• Perform security audits, risk assessments, and penetration testing for web and mobile applications.
• Identify and mitigate OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF, SQL injection, etc.).
• Secure APIs with proper authentication, rate limiting, and encryption.
• Configure and harden servers, firewalls, and SSL/TLS certificates.
• Implement data encryption and secure key/token management.
• Run vulnerability scans (Snyk, Acunetix, OWASP ZAP) and assist in patching.
• Monitor potential security incidents and implement proactive defense mechanisms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure secure coding practices are followed.
• Document security policies and compliance checklists.

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in cybersecurity or application security.
• Strong understanding of web, mobile, and API security principles.
• Knowledge of penetration testing tools (Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nmap, etc.).
• Familiarity with network security, firewalls, and HTTPS/SSL/TLS protocols.
• Experience with encryption, hashing, and key management.
• Basic knowledge of cloud security (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline security.
• Knowledge of container security (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Certifications like CEH, Security+, OSCP are a plus.
• Experience with incident response and threat analysis.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related fields.

Salary Range:
INR 3 – 4 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
