The Role
As a Data Analyst focused on AI transformation, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to integrate AI across sales, operations, finance, and marketing. Your key responsibilities will include automating data processes, creating insights from complex datasets, and building AI-powered dashboards and tools to drive efficiencies and improve business outcomes.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about using data and AI to solve real-world problems and drive significant business impact. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, creating actionable insights, and supporting the implementation of AI-driven solutions across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Integration & Automation: Work closely with our AI consultants to implement automated data scraping, lead scoring, performance tracking, and forecasting tools.
- Data Management & Quality Assurance: Build, manage, and ensure the accuracy of databases, ensuring smooth operations across sales, finance, and marketing teams.
- AI-Powered Dashboards: Create and maintain dynamic, AI-powered dashboards that consolidate fragmented data from multiple platforms (e.g., JustEat, UberEats, Deliveroo, Xero) for unified insights.
- Advanced Analytics & Insights: Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify key opportunities for business improvements (e.g., kitchen onboarding acceleration, operational performance, marketing ROI).
- Performance Monitoring: Design automated reports and alerts to track performance metrics, ensuring timely interventions when key thresholds are not met.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, finance, marketing) to ensure data-driven decisions are made, and AI tools are continuously enhanced for maximum impact.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for automation and process improvement using AI, particularly in sales outreach, financial reporting, and marketing analytics.
What We’re Looking For
- AI & Automation Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI tools and automation platforms, with the ability to apply these to sales, finance, operations, and marketing processes.
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Expertise in data analysis, with a hands-on approach to using tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think strategically and proactively solve complex problems, especially in AI-driven environments.
- Data Integration & Dashboard Development: Experience creating unified data dashboards and integrating disparate data sources for a clear, real-time view of key metrics.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in all data-related tasks, ensuring that reports are actionable and free of errors.
- Agility in a Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment with the ability to quickly adapt to changing needs and priorities.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms for sales automation, customer segmentation, and performance tracking (e.g., ICON AI).
- Experience working with OCR and AI-driven finance automation tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and integrations (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
