Overview
The Data Analytics professional in ILM Health Investigation will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting healthcare data to support clinical investigations, policy compliance, and operational improvements. This role bridges data science and health information management (HIM), ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
- Analyze structured and unstructured health data from EHRs, claims, and clinical systems
- Support investigations into anomalies, fraud, or compliance issues using statistical and machine learning techniques
- Collaborate with clinical, legal, and compliance teams to interpret findings
- Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Ensure data governance and privacy standards are upheld
- Identify trends and patterns to improve patient safety and operational efficiency
