We’re looking for a Wealth Management CIO Data Analyst, whose work will be a cornerstone of performance, guiding initiatives that fuel growth, optimize resource allocation, and strengthen the firm’s competitive edge within the wealth management landscape.
You will:
As a Wealth Management Data Analyst, you will be a key member of the Business Data Analytics & Reporting team(CIO America) based in India, a high-impact unit that serves as the analytical backbone for senior leadership across the global wealth management organization.
This team delivers critical insights that directly influence high-level decision-making, investment direction, and business strategy. By turning complex data into strategic intelligence, your work will empower executive leaders to act decisively — identifying growth opportunities, mitigating risks, and driving the firm’s overall performance.
In this role, you won’t just report numbers — you’ll shape the narrative behind them. Your analysis will inform key business decisions, contribute to firm-wide priorities, and directly support leadership in achieving their strategic goals. Working in close partnership with global stakeholders, you’ll help ensure that every decision is backed by precision, clarity, and forward-looking intelligence.

You will:
- transform large and complex wealth management datasets into meaningful business insights.
- architect, develop, and govern high-impact dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and custom-built data solutions tailored for senior stakeholders.
- design and optimize complex SQL-based data pipelines from Azure Data, Synapse, and other enterprise platforms to ensure robust data accessibility and reliability.
- leverage AI capabilities to build predictive models, automate key reporting processes, and deliver forward-looking insights that drive performance and profitability.
- act as a strategic advisor to business heads, presenting analytical insights in a compelling, executive-ready format using PowerPoint and dynamic Excel models.
- mentor and lead cross-functional analytics teams, establishing best practices, enforcing data governance standards, and cultivating a culture of insight-driven decision-making.
- collaborate across functions—product, technology, finance, and front-office—to identify analytics opportunities and deliver data solutions with measurable business impact.
- assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly commentary decks, executive summaries, and performance reviews
- partner with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical outputs
- support investment strategy and Advisory/client analysis with accurate, data-driven insights.

Your expertise
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or data science, ideally within investment banking, asset management, or private wealth domains.
- strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex business problems.
- deep expertise in SQL, data architecture, and cloud-based analytics (preferably Azure).
- advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, with a strong portfolio of executive-level reporting assets.
- strong understanding of investment and wealth management KPIs, performance attribution, product profitability, and advisory trends.
- experience working with AI frameworks (e.g., Python, R, Azure) and deploying models into business workflows.
- proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, with excellent storytelling and data visualization skills.
- track record of delivering strategic insights, driving automation, and enhancing operational efficiency through analytics.
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a
