Assessment
To join the program, candidates must complete an open-book qualification exam and ID verification. Learning materials and guidelines will be provided in advance to help you prepare. The exam must be completed within a specified timeframe but can be taken at your convenience.

Other Requirements:

No prior professional experience is required to apply for this role. However, candidates must meet the basic requirements and successfully complete a standard assessment process. This is a part-time, long-term project, and all work will be subject to regular quality assurance checks during the term of the agreement.

1. Full professional proficiency in English and Hindi

2. Residency in India for at least the past two consecutive years, with familiarity in current and historical business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs in India

3. Ability to follow guidelines and conduct online research using search engines, online maps, and websites

4. Flexibility to work across a diverse set of tasks, including maps, news, audio tasks, and relevance evaluations

5. Daily access to a reliable broadband internet connection, computer, and necessary software
