Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis :
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support business objectives.
- Utilize Python and Data Science tools to uncover insights and trends.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau and Advanced Excel (e. , Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP).
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in presenting data insights to stakeholders.
- Train, test, and fine-tune chatbot models to enhance user experience and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define chatbot objectives and content.
- Interpret complex datasets and provide actionable recommendations to drive decision-making.
- Optimize and automate recurring data-related tasks and reporting processes.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
- Strong command of Advanced Excel (complex formulas, Macros, Pivot Tables, etc.
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
- Basic understanding of Data Science principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with chatbot frameworks and natural language processing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with SQL for database querying.
- Exposure to machine learning and statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI or Google Data Studio.
