Data Analyst - Python/SQL

Overview

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing integration of client data into SQL-based platform.

This role works closely with internal Professional Services, Engineering, and Customer teams to ensure accurate data ingestion, transformation, and validation from multiple source systems.

The primary focus of this role is SQL-based data handling, mapping, and :

• Design, write, and optimize SQL queries to support data conversion, integration, reporting, and validation.
• Analyze, clean, transform, and load client data from multiple source systems, including databases, APIs, and Excel files.
• Configure, document, and validate data mappings, imports, and exports into the core platform.
• Conduct data audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues during and after client implementations.
• Collaborate with internal Professional Services teams to translate business and implementation requirements into technical data solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to support smooth implementations and ongoing improvements.
• Maintain clear documentation for data processes, transformations, and client-specific configurations.
• Provide technical support related to data during client onboarding and implementation phases.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, including leveraging emerging tools and automation where applicable.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar role within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, transformation, and performance optimization.
• Solid experience working with relational databases and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience handling data from multiple sources such as CSV, Excel, JSON, XML, and APIs.
• Working knowledge of data transformation or integration tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Alteryx, or similar).
• Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance practices.
• Experience working in a client-facing or consultative role is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple implementation tasks simultaneously.
  
  

• Exposure to Python or similar scripting languages for data processing or automation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms or SaaS data architectures.
• Awareness of AI or automation tools used to improve data efficiency (collaboration-focused, not core development).
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional team environments.
