Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Microsoft Excel to support sales performance tracking.
- Analyse complex datasets using SQL and Python to extract insights that drive sales strategies and operational improvements.
- Lead the development of accurate and timely sales forecasts and contribute to overall sales planning activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with data-driven decision-making.
- Communicate key performance trends and insights to stakeholders through structured presentations and reports.
- Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities, recommending strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
- Support ad hoc analytical requests and contribute to strategic business initiatives.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL & Python.
- Data Visualization - using Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Excel.
- Strong grasp of statistical concepts and their application in business scenarios.
- Demonstrated experience in sales planning and forecasting is mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Prior experience working in high-growth or technology-driven environments.
- Exposure to A/B testing and a basic understanding of experimentation methodologies.
