Our Team
We are the supply chain analytics team of the business, called Supply Chain Network Optimization team, supporting the executives with analytical models, simulations influencing favorable business outcomes. You get to work on high-impact network optimization programs driving the next-generation transformation of Distribution & Logistics. This is a high visibility role with frequent interaction with cross-functional and global teams and an opportunity to further develop AI and analytics capabilities inside the supply chain domain.
What You Will Do
KPI Reporting & Insights Development
- Design and automate KPI dashboards for distribution and logistics teams, generate insights to support cost optimization, service improvements, and performance visibility
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and perform advanced analytics using large datasets from ERP, Snowflake or AWS Redshift cloud platforms
- Support end-to-end network modeling initiatives, including footprint strategy, warehouse rationalization, transportation optimization, and scenario analysis.
- Leverage GenAI, advanced analytics, and machine learning to accelerate reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
- 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or supply chain analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with: SQL, Python or R, Alteryx; Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent, SAP/WMS/TMS
- Understanding of transportation, warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory, and network design concepts and ability to translate business questions into analytical models and insights.
- Strong communicator with a structured, problem-solving mindset, able to work independently in a global environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Any branch) or related Data-Analytical streams.
- Working knowledge of machine learning and data science workflows.
- Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, or agentic analytics (preferred, not mandatory)
