Overview
Requirements:
- Understand the business and establish key metrics for daily tracking.
- Maintain raw data to ensure all information is readily available when required.
- Be open to managing and maintaining raw data for a seamless reporting system.
- Create Management Information Systems (MIS) centered around core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business unit performance.
- Have hands-on experience with data management tools like Excel, macros, SQL, and Python.
Qualifications:
- Tableau experience is a preffered.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in the data management and analysis domain.
- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of the book/content market is an added advantage.
- Prior experience working in a collaborative team is advantageous.
