Get Well is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team, focused on analyzing the impact of our products across multiple client organizations.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong foundation in data analysis, statistical techniques, and data visualization, eager to contribute to data-driven decision-making in a client-focused environment.
The Entry-Level Data Analyst will work under the guidance of senior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and client success teams, to assess product performance and deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Impact Assessment
- Assist in analyzing client data to evaluate the impact of our products on client outcomes, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, operational efficiency, and ROI.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the datasets.
- Support the development of reports and dashboards to communicate product performance insights to internal teams and clients.
- Contribute to A/B testing, cohort analysis, and other experimental methods to assess the effectiveness of product features and interventions.
- Create compelling, client-facing data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Apache Superset, Power BI, or Looker to to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders..
- Assist in designing client-facing dashboards that highlight product impact and key metrics.
- Ensure visualizations are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with client reporting needs.
- Work with client success teams to understand client goals, data needs, and success criteria, tailoring analyses to meet specific client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and metrics that align with their business objectives and product usage scenarios.
- Participate in team meetings, sprint reviews, and agile processes, providing input on analytical tasks.
- Communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders, with guidance from senior analysts.
- Query and clean datasets using SQL or similar tools under guidance.
- Support data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in analytical outputs.
- Assist in documenting data sources, metrics, and analytical processes for transparency and reproducibility..
- Handle data with care, adhering to privacy and security standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as directed..
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis (internships, academic projects, or entry-level roles acceptable)
- Experience with data visualization or reporting tools through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Apache Superset, Excel) for creating charts and dashboards
- Basic programming skills in Python or R for statistical analysis, data wrangling, and automation.
- Familiarity with statistical concepts (e.g., descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, regression analysis).
- Knowledge of spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical client stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and client requirements.
- Interest in pursuing certifications in data analysis or visualization
- Commitment to ethical data practices and maintaining data confidentiality.
