Overview

Job Title: Data Analyst (Junior to Senior Level)

Location: Surat
Experience: 1 to 7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Take initiative in executing data analysis tasks and supporting client-based analytics solutions.
• Travel to client sites (within and outside the city) to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Develop interactive and informative dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
• Collect and integrate data from various sources (internal/external, structured/unstructured).
• Clean, transform, and interpret data using statistical methods and tools.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to both clients and internal teams.
• Work closely with consultants to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Support project proposals and client deliverables through data insights.
• Maintain data quality, consistency, and security across all sources.
• Build and manage internal databases, data pipelines, and processes.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
• Experience handling data from ERP systems, MIS tools, and internal production or sales platforms.
• Knowledge of diamond grading, lot management, and inventory tracking is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work both independently and in teams.
• Willingness to travel as per project/client requirements.

Preferred for Senior Roles (5–7 Years):

• Experience in the diamond manufacturing/export sector.
• Understanding of GIA/IGI grading standards and buyer-specific data.
• Experience leading analytics projects and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong business acumen to align insights with operations and sales strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
