Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in analyzing complex datasets, drawing actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven reporting. You will work closely with various departments, helping to streamline operations and enhance performance using data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of data from multiple sources
• Create, manage, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Identify patterns, trends, and insights to support business decisions
• Collaborate with management and teams to define business needs and translate them into data analysis tasks
• Monitor performance indicators and forecast trends
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and security across systems
• Provide regular performance and business analysis reports
• Support automation of reporting processes wherever possible

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst
• Proficient in Excel (advanced functions), SQL, and Google Sheets
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and explain data findings clearly
• Good communication and presentation skills

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Knowledge of machine learning basics or statistical modeling
• Experience in dashboard automation and workflow optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
