The Tools Intelligence team has been formed within the Tools Operational Readiness team

Main goals/KPIs for this team are to establish various dashboards to enhance warehouse performance and to improve on the Total cost of Ownership on Tools (CAPEX and OPEX).

Responsibilities

• Crunch tools data to understand performance derailers and highlight action areas
• Collect, Analyze and Simulate various data points to improve Utilization factor of all critical tools used on all the customer projects.
• Understand footprint capacity by understanding the stock usage rate.
• Tools Cost line of sight
• Tools Budget performance tracker
  
  

Qualifications

• To succeed in this role, we believe that you bring the following experience:
• Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Solid previous experience from similar industries within the Service business is beneficial
• Great interpersonal skills when working in a multi-cultural environment
  
  

Competencies

• Good knowledge of Microsoft products and preferably with SAP and Windchill experience
• Skilled in Data analytics tools like Power BI
• Good understanding of Service business operations (Onshore and Offshore) and maintenance (Scheduled and Unscheduled Service)
• Structured and detailed working approach
• Self-organization and good time management,
