are seeking a Data Analyst to help us harness the power of data to drive key business

insights, optimize ecommerce strategies, and improve our customer experiences.

Job Overview:

The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that

drive business decisions. This individual will use advanced analytical techniques and

models to analyze business performance, uncover trends and guide the optimization of

ecommerce strategies, particularly on Amazon, and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Data Management:

- Collect, organize and clean large sets of structured and unstructured data from various

sources, including ecommerce platforms, customer data and internal systems.

- Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and availability for stakeholders.

- Work with data engineers to ensure that data pipelines are functioning effectively for real-

time and historical data analysis.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze ecommerce data to identify trends, patterns and insights that can optimize

marketing, sales and customer service efforts.

- Generate weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports for senior management, showcasing key

performance metrics, actionable insights and recommendations.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis to assess new opportunities for data-driven decision-

making and improved business strategies.

3. Coding & Automation:

- Utilize techniques (coding preferred) to manipulate and analyze data, build data models,

and automate data analysis processes.

- Develop custom data reports and dashboards, ensuring that data is presented in an easily

interpretable format for various stakeholders.

- Automate repetitive data analysis tasks to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

4. AI & Machine Learning Integration:

- Collaborate with carious teams to study/implement AI models.

- Analyze the results of AI models and work with relevant teams to refine algorithms and

ensure they are delivering optimal outcomes.

- Apply advanced statistical models and machine learning techniques to analyze large

volumes of data and uncover actionable business insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on ecommerce, digital

marketing or retail.

- Proficiency in utilizing coding techniques for data manipulation, analysis, and

visualization.

- Strong experience analyzing ecommerce data from platforms such as Amazon.

- Proficiency in using data visualization tools to present findings.

- Strong foundation in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to derive insights from

data.

- Experience with data cleaning, preprocessing and organizing large datasets from multiple

sources.

- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into

actionable business insights.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights

and actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with advanced AI technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) or

Deep Learning for ecommerce applications.

- Previous experience with Amazon ecommerce data analysis, including product listings,

sales, and customer behavior.

- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
