Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive strategic business decisions. You will transform raw data into meaningful insights using statistical tools and visualization software.

- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like advanced Excel & Power BI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain databases, queries, and automated reporting processes.
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements.
- Support data governance and data quality initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, , etc.).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for explaining insights to stakeholders.
