Data Analyst

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to interpret data and turn it into information (reports, dashboards, interactive visualizations etc) which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions.

Your analysis will provide valuable insights and identify key levers that materially improve how and what we create, manage and deliver our work. Strong communication and analytic skills are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

    Manage the project's technical scope to align with requirements at every stage.
• Gather and interpret data from various sources, to identify patterns and trends.
• Develop and implement record management processes and policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels, understanding and addressing their requirements.
• Provide with sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews.
• Use data to analyze and evaluate, transform data and insights into business recommendations, and communicate learnings and recommendations to various audiences of all levels.
• Establish and maintain automated data processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to fully comprehend data content.
• Design, conduct, and analyze surveys based on customer requirements.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to customer business operations and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders using business analytics tools.
• Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance, including sector and competitor benchmarking.
• Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid conclusions, and present findings to management using reporting tools.
• Develop predictive models and share insights with clients based on their needs.

We’re looking for someone with experience of using data analysis and data management tools and delivering data analysis in E-commerce domain.
