About the role
Remote Legal is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will support the client success department by managing, analyzing, and reporting on client data to inform leadership decisions and drive business outcomes.
We seek motivated, decisive, and tech-savvy professionals who excel at working autonomously and are eager to lead the way in advancing the court reporting industry through digital and data driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
o Pull, manage, and analyze data related to client utilization, retention, forecasting, scheduling, and account health.
o Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs; handle ad hoc and broader data requests from leadership.
o Translate raw data into dashboards and cross-reference data from multiple platforms (e.g., Quick Sight, Google Analytics, Salesforce Reporter Base 9).
o Assist in identifying risks and opportunities within the client book of business.
o Support Salesforce and Quick Sight integrations and reporting.
o Develop trigger reports for action, revenue forecasting, and pattern recognition.
o Catalog and report on tech issue rates, client sentiment, and health indicators.
o Help deploy and refine Client Health Index (CHI) metrics and dashboards.
o Prepare clean visuals for decks and presentations, including account-level performance and usage data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
o Proficiency MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and charting/graphing.
o Experience with CRMs and business intelligence tools (Salesforce, Quick Sight, Google Analytics, Reporter Base 9).
o Strong analytical mindset and ability to simplify data for non-technical audiences.
o Ability to work independently, proactively identify trends, and bring insights to leadership.
o Strong English communication skills.
o Prior experience in legal tech, SaaS, or client success operations is a plus.

o The role is integral to the start and ongoing development of the client success analytics function.
o Candidate should be comfortable in a fast-moving, startup-like environment.
