Job Title: Data Analyst – Full-Time Position
Location: Bangalore - India
Department: Strategy Advisory by Magnit (SAM)
Reporting to: Team Lead, SAM
Job Posting: External
Shift timings: 3 PM IST onwards till 3:00 AM IST (must to comfortable to work in the noon as well as night shift)
Work location: Work from the office
Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate
- 1-3 years of experience – Human resource industry exposure preferred.
Skills/Responsibilities
- Shift time – US & UK, as per the business requirement, must be flexible to adjust their shift time
- Microsoft Excel – Basic and Advanced- Apply critical thinking and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge to provide analytical support for client requests.
- Microsoft Power BI or any similar BI tool with basic knowledge
- Experience in dashboard creation, visual analytics, PPT slide content creation, and/or other business intelligence reporting tools a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a dynamic environment.
- Highly motivated professional individual with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Results-oriented; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results.
- Professional working-level fluency in the English language, verbal and written.
- Identify any variations in large datasets that might indicate an issue with the data or a swing in program activity.
- Work from the office only
