Data Collection & Processing
- Extract, clean, and validate data from diverse sources.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for reporting and analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and quality in reports and dashboards.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Deliver insights through clear storytelling and data interpretation.
- Support business teams in defining KPIs and tracking metrics.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
- Translate complex data into user-friendly visualizations.
- Enable self-serve analytics by improving access to reporting tools and data layers.
- Work with stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into technical solutions.
- Partner with product, marketing, finance, and operations for high-impact analyses.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for strategic and operational decisions.
- Identify opportunities to optimize reporting processes and reduce manual work.
- Document datasets, definitions, and business logic for shared understanding.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years in Data/Business Analyst roles.
- Proficient in SQL, data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of data structures, databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery), and ETL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Python/R knowledge is a plus.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of version control (e. g., Git) and collaborative workflows.
- Experience with A/B testing/experimentation.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehousing.
- Familiarity with business intelligence in SaaS, e-commerce, or product-led growth.
