Job Summary:

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop interactive dashboards, and produce actionable insights. You will leverage your expertise in Python, C++/CLI, and MySQL to support strategic planning and drive data accuracy, reporting, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Python and relevant tools.
• Design and develop data models, algorithms, and processes using C++/CLI and MySQL.
• Collaborate with teams to identify data needs, KPIs, and metrics to measure business performance.
• Conduct data cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure data quality.
• Automate routine reporting tasks and streamline data operations for better efficiency.
• Ensure integrity and consistency of organizational data through rigorous quality checks.
• Translate analytical findings into visual and verbal reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging data trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a solid understanding of statistical techniques.
• Proficient in C++/CLI, Python, and MySQL for data analysis and automation.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with data governance, security, and compliance standards.
