We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business/Data Analyst with a key focus on data specification creation, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business/Data Analyst with a key focus on data specification creation, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate complex data requirements and source to target data mappings into clear, structured documentation.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency while supporting data transformation processes.
- Ability to translate complex data requirements and source to target data mappings into clear, structured documentation called Data Specification documentation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data specifications by working closely with Data, Research and engineering stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent data, implementing corrective actions.
- Support and understand ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure efficient data transformation.
- Develop Power BI reports Data quality reports
- Gain a deep understanding of our customer data and existing landscape and business processes and be the go-to person for questions about data/product/business processes.
- Collect, extract, and compile data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness. Identify and address data quality issues, such as missing or inconsistent data, by partnering with data engineers and implementing data cleansing techniques in analysis.
- Conduct data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to maintain high data quality standards.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to enhance data workflows and gather requirements.
- Provide clear and detailed documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Leverage data analysis to improve business decision-making and operational efficiency.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven experience in data interpretation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Understanding of ETL processes, data structures, and mappings.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.
- Familiarity with aggregation and ranking mathematical functions.
- Experience in Python or other programming languages for data manipulation.
- Experience is VBA, Macros , Visio, PPT, Process flow diagrams etc
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a dynamic environment
