About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious Data Analytics Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in analyzing data, building reports, and generating insights to support business decisions. You will work closely with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to solve real-world problems using data.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize structured and unstructured data.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns.
• Assist in building dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
• Support data-driven projects by preparing datasets and visualizations.
• Document methodologies, processes, and findings.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
• Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python/R preferred).
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
• Knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
• Exposure to machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas).
• Understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
