We are looking for an experienced Developer. The successful candidate will span multiple environments, teams, technologies, and stakeholders. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be an integral part of both development and operations.

Established in 2016, Aumni Techworks partners with its multinational clients to incubate and operate remote teams in India using the AumniBOT model. With a team of 250 and growing, our mission is to provide a quality alternative to project-based outsourcing.

We are looking for an experienced Developer. The successful candidate will span multiple environments, teams, technologies, and stakeholders. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be an integral part of both development and operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate in a data analyst capacity and learn from senior members of the team
- Filter and “clean” pricing and reference data by reviewing internal reports
- Assist with normalizing, cleaning, enriching and mapping data to help maintain reference database
- Analyse and interpret large datasets to identify issues and recommend appropriate methods to resolve data integrity concerns
- Identify patterns and outliers in large data sets to help continuously improve our product offerings
- Produce data-driven data samples and reports for our clients
- Liaise with internal groups to refresh and test data and platform features matters as necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA/ B.COM, or equivalent (finance background)
- 0-2 years of experience in a business/office environment Ability to analyze large datasets
- Strong administrative, organizational, written and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to multi-task and perform with sense of urgency when required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience working in financial technology firms
- Exposure to Fixed Income markets, ideally with Muni’s Corporates
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, and PowerBI is desirable
