Overview
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee the dissemination of key program monitoring data, such as organizational dashboards, etc.
- Demonstrate leadership capacity to work within a team and draft deliverables effectively.
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to add necessary transformations for reports using technologies like DBT.
- Engage in MIS functions that require independent analysis of data.
- Create various internal reports, trackers, product mapping, end customer mapping, and team mapping.
- Support the development of database specifications using gathered information.
- Build and maintain BI tools, reports, and dashboards to support business needs.
- Conduct data quality audits and quality assurance assessments.
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
- Produce client-ready presentations with critical data points highlighted.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill data analysis and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain customer insights dashboards based on understanding customer dynamics.
- Document business data sources for referencing in the development of data visualizations.
- Lead data summaries and aggregation for monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.
- Work on research projects, patents, and academic publications for conferences/journals.
- Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Proficient in data analysis and modern relational databases.
- Experience in working with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional communication abilities.
