Job Timing:- 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST

Experience:- 4-7 years



We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and Alteryx, and will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Automate data workflows and cleansing processes using Alteryx and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and operational decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
• Document data models, processes, and reporting standards for scalability and reuse.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas).
• 4+ years using Power BI and Tableau for visualization, storytelling, and AI-enhanced insights such as smart narratives, natural language queries.
• Proficient in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience with Alteryx for building repeatable workflows and data prep.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
